REALTOR®
As a Washingtonian, I have lived for more than 30+ years in the DMV area. I have witnessed a lot of changes and growth in our area over the years. I went to a public Arlington high school and then an engineering school in MD. After many years of working in technical sales with technology and satellite companies, I made a career change to a field I love, which is real estate. As a real estate investor myself and a professional realtor for over a decade, I have had the opportunity and pleasure of helping families to buy and sell their properties across the Northern Virginia area.

As a real estate investor myself and a professional realtor for over a decade, I have had the opportunity and pleasure of helping families to buy and sell their properties across Northern Virginia area. My sales, negotiation and marketing skills come to play when I help my clients to sell for highest possible market price, or buy at the lowest possible market price. My approach is consultative and enjoy strategizing with clients to come up with a plan that works for them. I believe in educating my clients and present them with pros/cons of every situation. When it comes to business partners, I only work with lenders, settlement companies, inspectors, contractors who can deliver the same top-notch service and value to my clients, and that is non-negotiable for me. I have a small team and that is by design, so that I am involved with every deal. Unlike some large teams which the lead realtor only communicates with the client once or twice during the whole process of buying or selling, I am involved and communicate with my clients every step of the way. My approach of taking care of clients has earned me so many happy clients where they refer their friends and families. You can find my reviews on Zillow and see what past clients have said about working with me. For the past several years, I have also been in the Northern Virginia Realtor’s Top Producer Club and I am humbled to be able to maintain this level of success. In addition, I mentor several agents and help them with their own real estate transactions and business. I like teaching and inspiring others to do better. We also believe in helping to build great communities and I have served on a local Elementary school’s PTA board as the VP of Fundraising and business fundraising chair for several years now. We also help some charities that mean a lot to us, such as Generosity Feeds, Doctors Without Borders, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and House of Ruth. For every house we sell or buy for our clients, we donate to these charity organizations. We are grateful for our clients as every real estate transaction gives us the opportunity to serve and help others through these non-profit organizations. On a more personal note, I live in Northern Virginia with my family and enjoy cooking, arts, road trips/traveling, and helping others and mainly spending time with family and friends.
